Supplying our Traktor DJ Mix this week is a guy from Bristol, UK, Purkaldo (aka Stuart Purkiss). Purkaldo started mixing music on gemini decks back in 2001.
He has been known to play funky house, breakbeat, tribal, tech house, electro, but currently leaning towards a dirty disco house.
Purkaldo wants to create his own sound by combining a few genres into one, those being dirty disco, tribal, tech house and a hint of electro.
Musical influences are Fatboy Slim, Danny Tenaglia, Steve Lawler, Dj Chus, Muzzaick, DJ Dan and he’s loving Crazibiza as well at the moment.
