Just hours after my initial post, Native Instruments release their new Maschine Generation video staring Jeremy Ellis.  Check out the skills…… Their release date is October 1st – there is a black and a white version of both Maschine and Mashine Mikro, plus some fancy new hardware including stands and different coloured faceplates for the Maschine only. Pioneer CDJ integration with Traktor – Plug & Play

Since the new release of Traktor 2.5.1 DJ’s have been able to connect their CDJ 900’s or CDJ 2000’s directly to Traktor without the need for an Audio Interface. The video below from Pioneer is doing the rounds right now in DJ land, creating a buzz for the two main players in the DJ world. I think this could be the final nail in the coffin for Serato.
